Terms of use

Wild TCG is free. All you need is an internet connection and a recent browser. We do our best to keep the game available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or outages.

• You create your account with your e-mail address or your Google account. One person per account, and one account per person.
• Keep your password secret: you are responsible for everything done from your account.
• Your username must not be insulting, hateful or sexual, or impersonate another person or a brand. We may change it or ask you to change it.
• If you are under 15, ask a parent's permission before signing up.

To keep the game fair, you may not:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts or any program that plays for you;
• exploit a bug: if you find one, please report it to us;
• create several accounts to get more boosters;
• sell, buy or trade accounts or cards for money;
• attack the site, try to access other players' data or bypass its limits;
• harass or insult other players.

Cards, boosters and dust are virtual content. You receive a personal right to use them, in the game only: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account, except through the trades between friends described below.

Boosters contain randomly drawn cards. To keep the game balanced, we may change the cards, their stats, the drop rates or dust prices.

Trades between friends: you can trade a duplicate card for a duplicate card of the same rarity (common, uncommon or rare) with a friend, within a daily number of trades. An accepted trade is final.

The game is free. The shop offers optional digital content: the Adventure Pass (subscription), Nugget packs, the First Expedition bundle and cosmetic items (profile frames, card backs, Night Editions).

Prices are shown in euros; VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is made by card through our payment provider Stripe; we never see your card details.

Nuggets are the shop currency. They are bought in euros, in packs, and can only be used to get cosmetic items in the game. They have no value outside the game and can't be refunded, exchanged or moved to another account. Each item's price is shown in Nuggets, with its indicative value in euros before you confirm.

Nothing random: you always know exactly what you get. Boosters are not sold and stay free.

Adventure Pass: a monthly subscription, renewed automatically each month at the price shown when subscribing, with no minimum term. You can cancel anytime from My account: it stays active until the end of the month already paid, then is no longer charged. If the price changes, you are told in advance and can cancel before it applies.

Delivery: the purchase is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

Right of withdrawal: these are digital contents supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Problem with a purchase: if a paid purchase doesn't reach your account, write to us at the address given in the legal notice: we will deliver it or refund you.

Purchases are tied to your account. If you delete your account, your Nuggets and items are lost and your subscription is cancelled, with no refund for the current period.

If you break these terms, depending on how serious it is, we may: warn you, remove items obtained improperly, suspend your account or delete it. You can dispute a sanction by writing to us.

You can delete your account at any time from My account, or by writing to wild.tcg.contact@gmail.com. Deletion permanently erases your collection.

The Wild TCG name, its logo, design, texts and code belong to the publisher. The animal photos belong to their authors and are used under their free licences, listed on the Credits page.

The game is provided as is. We are not liable for outages or data loss caused by events beyond our control, nor for misuse of your account by someone you gave your password to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

We may change these terms. For any significant change, you will be notified in the game or by e-mail. If you disagree, you can delete your account; continuing to play means you accept them.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, please write to us first at wild.tcg.contact@gmail.com: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence.

These terms are a translation: the French version prevails.
